Our Builder Division specializes in providing a builder–focused line of flooring of every type for use in new homes and condo construction.
We understand that timing is a big issue, right alongside quality. With McSwain, you never need to worry about choosing one over the other. Our field supervisors conduct quality surveys during installation, not afterward. A computerized scheduling system tracks the completion of installations, preventing delays and compiling a permanent record for the customer’s convenience in future servicing and maintenance calls.
We also offer dedicated installation, accounts receivable, and a service staff for faster and more thorough responses to your needs.
