Requirements
- Strong interpersonal skills; able to build relationships easily and work effectively with customers and internal operations support departments
- A commitment to exceeding the service expectations of every McSwain Retail customer
- An ability to manage multiple activities in an efficient and accurate manner
- A dedication to personal and business integrity and honesty
- Excellent coordination and communication skills
- Excellent selling initiative and drive; ability to service multiple accounts and various types of customers
- Previous sales experience is preferred
- Adequate knowledge of computer software and technology (e.g. Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and mobile devices)
- Ability to handle multiple activities and respond with urgency as required
- Ability to work with customers in a calm, efficient manner
- Ability to assess and capitalize on opportunities in the marketplace

Job description
We are seeking career-minded professional Flooring Consultants for our Cincinnati and Dayton area showrooms. The ideal candidate will help our customers make the right floorcovering choices to meet their lifestyles.
