McSwain Carpets & Floors’ Commercial Division supplies flooring for use in new commercial construction and remodeling or rehabbing of existing commercial properties. We feature brand–name flooring that is performance–rated for commercial applications, installed by mill–certified craftspeople.

For busy offices that can’t afford excessive downtime, McSwain utilizes the patented Levitate system, a lifting apparatus for modular workstations and other office furniture, that speeds the process of removing and installing carpet in an active office with minimal disruption.
